FEES:
All fees are based on your child's age group. To determine your child's age group,

U6 Players - $65.00
U7/U8 Players - $70.00
U9 thru U14 Players - $75.00
U15 thru U19 Players - $80.00
*$5.00 discount for each additional child starting with THIRD child.
Players can "buy-out" of the fund-raiser for $25.00 per player (maximum of 2 players/$50
per family).
Registrations after May 31 will be charged a $35.00 "buy-out" fee,
and you may not choose to participate in the fundraiser.
**Players selected for the competitive (travel) teams will incur additional costs
for uniforms, tournaments, etc. The amount of these costs will be determined by
the coaches, parents and players.
$25.00 Late Fee applied to registrations received or post-marked after May 31, 2008
for returning players $5.00 surcharge/child (non-refundable) will be applied to
all non-online registrations.
NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 1, 2008
All refunds will be assessed a non-refundable processing fee of $10 will be assess
to each registrant.
The remaining registration will be refunded up to 6/30.
A refund
of 50% of the registration will be refunded until 8/1, after which no refund will be given,
unless a child is not able to be placed on a team.
The buyout will not be refunded.
